PHYSICALLY TESTING STUDENTS STRENGTH

My student Kota K. is being physically tested here to show if he is utilizing his shoulders or his hips as the overwhelming driving force for his golf swing. Your goal at setup is for your lower-core/hip area to become firm and your shoulders to become soft. This physical feedback sensation of force-power is typically the opposite for most golfers regardless of abilities. In THE POWER OF Core-Breathing 4 Golf program of instruction principles and philosophy are blended together to create a strength and energy directional force experience during the swing. Our principles are based on traditional Korean Qigong methods that form the laws of energy flow and directional ability in this program. The philosophy of this program is to shape your mental abstract ideas to create a transition to bring about the mind, body, and breath to be coordinated in the physical act of swinging the golf club.
